Strategic support for organisations. Taking away the overwhelm and meeting you wherever you are.

Advisory services

How this isn't regular advisory

Most consultancy works from generic best practice. We don't.

We're trained specialists in neurodivergence, which means we look at your systems through the biological why; how your hiring, management, policies and culture actually land for different brains. Without that lens, organisations end up rolling out adjustments and initiatives based on what sounds inclusive, not what actually works. We will be honest and realistic, guiding from a place that makes you feel energised not overwhelmed.

Most consultancy hands you a strategy and steps back. We don't. We see strategy as one part of a wider system.

A neuroinclusion strategy only works if the people meant to deliver it understand the why and the how. So we work across the system; leadership, HR, managers, and employees who live the reality. To make sure what's on the page shows up in practice. And our egos aren’t too big to get it wrong and adjust. That's how change becomties more than a document. That's how you build organisations that actually work for different brains.
