1:1 coaching for neurodivergent employees and the managers who lead them. So both walk away confident, not hiding from the difference.

How this isn't regular coaching

Most coaching works from assumed norms of motivation and behaviour. We don't.

We're trained specialists in neurodivergence which means we work with the biological why behind the challenge, not just the behaviour. Without that lens, coaches and managers end up working from assumed problems and assumed fixes, and the individual ends up unable to advocate for what they actually need.

Most coaching solely works with the individual. We don’t. We see your employees as part of a wider system.

Every working relationship has two sides, so we coach both. The individual gets support to understand themselves and work to their potential. The manager gets support to navigate difference, competing demands, and what "fair" really means. That's how change actually sticks. That’s how we build diverse teams that actually work effectively.

““I was really stuck on the idea that the reason why I couldn’t do anything right was because of my ADHD, thinking there was no way around it. With these sessions I learned that it’s not completely true and there are ways to deal with whatever you struggle.””
