neuroinclusive training

Training that is neuroinclusive be design and shifts from awareness into practical ways to work together.

How this isn't regular training

Most training stops at awareness. Most training follows default approaches. We don't.

People leave a session not only knowing more about neurodiversity but more confident about small practical things they can do differently on Monday morning.

Inclusion isn't something individuals do in isolation or as a one off. So we train across the system; colleagues, managers, and leaders. We provide a programme across time because change takes time. We give each group the language, tools and confidence to play their part and the reassurance to get it wrong and repair.

That's how training shifts from a session people sat through to tick a box, to a change people can feel and see. That's how we build diverse teams that actually work effectively.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH

We know people are scared of getting it wrong and so don’t ask the questions that they are thinking; is it fair, is it an excuse, is it realistic? If we don’t address these, nothing will change. That’s why we safely and openly address fear and apprehension without judgement. No more elephants lingering in the room.

As specialists in neurodivergence, we deliver the material in ways that understand different processing styles and ways to engage, we don’t believe one way works for all. This makes each training a unique learning experience.

what you’ll leave with

individual

  • Go from "I don't want to say the wrong thing" or “why do they do that” to "I’m curious to understand”

  • A clearer read on your own working style and what you need from others regardless of neurotypical

  • Less anxiety about difference, more confidence working across it and seeing strengths

leaders

  • Practical tools to make day to day management more inclusive by design

  • Confidence and language for the conversations that come up most

  • Fewer escalations rooted in misunderstanding

“Showing the difference between perceived behaviours and what may actually be going on was really illuminating. It provided the ‘why’ for practical change to processes and how much missed opportunity and misunderstanding might be occurring without realising.”
— Senior Leader, Tech Industry

organisations

  • Fewer formal grievances tied to communication breakdowns

  • Evidence for your inclusion strategy that isn't just headcount
